Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to Denmark only. Orders to other countries cannot be placed at this time.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders. No shipping or handling fees are added at checkout.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on a working day are processed from that day. Orders placed after 15:00 (CET), on weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next working day.

4. Delivery time

After processing, delivery takes 3–7 working days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated total delivery time: 4–10 working days from the date of your order.

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse outside the EU.

All import VAT and duties are handled by us. You will not pay any additional charges on delivery.

5. Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your order at any time via our Track Your Order page. Tracking updates may take 2–5 working days to appear after dispatch.

6. Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Peak seasons, holidays or carrier capacity can occasionally cause delays. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

7. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

8. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
