What does Borrazo sell?

Borrazo is a women's fashion brand. We sell dresses, suits, tops, blouses, trousers, skirts, footwear, bags and accessories.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Denmark only. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3–7 working days after that. The total delivery time is 4–10 working days (Monday to Friday).

Will I pay import costs on delivery?

No. All import VAT and duties are handled by us.

How can I track my order?

You receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with labels attached. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy for details and the return address.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days after your return has arrived at our warehouse.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Contact us within the return window and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email info@borrazo.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, contact us at info@borrazo.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

How do I find my size?

Each product page has a size guide. Not sure? Email us and we will help you choose.

How is my personal data protected?

We only use your data to process your order and provide customer service. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
