Return and Refund Policy

1. Return window

You can return items within 30 days after delivery.

Customers in the European Union also have a statutory right of withdrawal: you may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window includes and extends this period.

2. Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original labels attached. Trying an item on, as you would in a store, is allowed. If an item shows signs of wear or damage beyond what is needed to try it on, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

3. Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. Earrings cannot be returned once removed from their packaging.

4. How to start a return

You will receive return instructions within 24 hours on working days.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can register it and match it to your order.

6. Return shipping costs

Change of mind or wrong size: you pay the return shipping costs. Because our warehouse is located outside the EU, return shipping may cost more than a domestic parcel. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
Defective, damaged or incorrect item: we cover the costs. Send us a photo of the issue and we will offer a replacement or full refund, without the need to send the item back in most cases.

7. Refunds

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and been checked, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days before the amount is visible in your account.

If you cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period, we refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs (if any), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of shipment.
